My return hasn’t been processed yet – what now?
Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. As the sender, you're responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. We recommend tracking your return. If you have questions, we may ask you to provide the shipping receipt.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be registered for return within 14 days of receipt through our return portal. Returned products must be undamaged.
1. If the customer does not collect the package from the carrier’s pickup point in time, it will automatically be returned to us.
2. The costs for the return shipment by the carrier will be fully charged to the customer.
3. If the customer still wishes to receive the package, both the return costs and the new shipping costs must be paid in advance.
4. We reserve the right to proceed with reshipment only after full payment of the outstanding amount (including return and shipping fees).
5. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, a refund may be issued, minus the incurred return costs.
Uncollected package
If the package is not collected within the period specified by UPS, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we consider it an uncollected package and not a return within the statutory cooling-off period.
In such cases:
- As soon as we have received the returned package, we will refund the value of the items.
- The shipping costs of the original delivery will not be refunded.
- Any return costs charged to us by UPS will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return within 14 days (right of withdrawal)
If you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs of the original delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we have offered free returns.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We strive to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@timetimer-europe.com and attach photos of the damage. We will handle your case and provide an appropriate solution.
How long does the return process and refund take?
After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 14 working days.
How do I return my order?
- To submit a return request, first click the profile icon in the top right corner (My account).
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for us.
- Click "Request return".
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Once submitted, we will receive a notification and register the return manually with UPS.
